Rescue Rooms
Tucked away slightly from the glow of Nottingham's larger clubs Itchy found the Rescue Rooms, an unpretentious bar which is accessible most nights, some of which for a nominal fee. But we recommend the Vinyl Countdown on a Thursday (9pm-late), when even with its free entry and great drinks offers we weren't waiting long at the bar before being presented with a Teapot of Shots. Very Mad Hatter's Tea Party, and that's why we liked it. With a wide selection of teapots on offer, and an understandably rock-styled genre of music not overpowering the atmosphere, Itchy will definitely be going again.
