Shed your food inhibitions and head to Nottingham's only Michelin starred restaurant. Not for the unadventurous, Sat Bains is an experimental foodie's paradise, offering overnight accommodation if you eat to the point of inertia. As Itchy diligently worked our way through one of the ever-changing tasting menus, we were confronted by cod cheeks, perplexed by potato, oxtail and marmite and sated by sweetcorn popcorn. Set in a tranquil spot under the Clifton Bridge, Sat Bains is all about luxury and decadence.
