Iberico Tapas
This new 'world tapas' restaurant is situated in a couple of rooms with attractive Moorish arched ceilings next to the Galleries of Justice. We didn't find anything that 'new' about it except for the fact that never before have we been presented with tortillas in a tapas bar that took 30 minutes to prepare and then collapsed into a heap of something that looked a bit like mashed potato and scrambled egg. They've tried their best with the whole 'interesting combinations' thing, but it feels a bit like they decided what would work on paper, rather than in the kitchen.
