When Media first opened it was a place for cool clubbers, then after a few cheesy years in the wilderness it was bought by clubbing Mecca Gatecrasher. The result is that it's now so far up its own arse that it's all but lost, concentrating more on getting rich and ramming in an enormous number of punters (what exactly are the fire hazard levels?) than actually catering for anybody's needs. The entry fees are extortionate, as are the drinks prices, and the staff are obnoxious and easily the least helpful that we've encountered on our clubbing travels. Here's hoping its customers wise up to it once the hype dies down.
