Flaming Dragon
20 minutes: that magical universal time it always takes Chinese takeaways to reach you, whereupon it's consumed instantly. Flaming Dragon have reversed this concept with their buffet. Food's available instantly, but you only get about 20 minutes to consume it. Come the weekend it's a disco inferno; glitter balls, club tunes, staff wearing Britney headsets, and customers being hustled into the gastronomic Hokey Kokey - in, out, in, out, with precious little time to shake about. Great for a quick bite before you hit the town, but way too hectic to relax in.
