If you're looking for a cheap decent lunch, stroll along the canal to Castle Marina, step into Baltimore Exchange, fork out £6 for their hot and cold buffet and fork in as much as your stomach will let you. They regularly stock up with chunky wedges, a couple of pasta and chilli dishes, oven roast veg and little nibbles of things that probably once had feathers.
