Living Well Health Club
A swish health club in the basement of the Hilton hotel boasting the biggest swimming pool in Nottingham with spa attached. There is also a sauna, steam room, top–of–the–range exercise equipment and the friendliest staff (in their own words). You are able to get a free day pass to try before you decide whether to join and a bonus for members is that you get discounts on all food and drink in the hotel. So you can work out and then stuff your face afterwards to compensate, that's our kind of workout.
