For a more chilling that average way to start your Saturday evening, head to the Sal and join the 'original' ghost walk. We had the privilege of entering the haunted caverns beneath the Inn and the story of little Rosie, a five-year-old girl who roams the inn, had us stumbling over our own shadow as we scrambled for the door. Though that may have been the beer. The metal nights at weekends are enough to wake the dead, and we've no idea what Rosie's mum would have to say about that.
