Clumber Park
If you fancy getting some nice country air and a bit of exercise in beautiful surroundings, get yourself down to Clumber Park. Set in 3800 acres of parkland, there are lots of trails to navigate around the park, woods, serpentine lake and open heath. You'll certainly find out how unfit you are (the earlier sections in this guide will have no doubt taken their toll), but if needs be have a sit down with a scenic backdrop. Just watch out for the goose shit. Also beware of the crowds. Take a cattle prod if it's a nice day.
