The Pit and Pendulum

Here there be monsters. Anything in Nottingham that only comes out at night generally heads straight for the Pit & Pendulum. Pretty much everyone here is busting the black on black look, with a bit of black for variety. There are glass cabinets full of crazy contraptions, as if some nutty professor has downed tools and let his lab out to the Addams family. By far the trippiest feature is the revolving bookcase: it leads not to the Batcave but to the loos, and it's quite amusing to watch roundly sozzled punters desperately holding it in as they hammer in vain on the wrong end.
