An upmarket shopping mall that manages somehow to maintain a boutiquey feel despite housing high-street faves mostly specialising in women's clobber, such as Oasis, Warehouse, Karen Millen and Kookai. Itchy doesn't really understand Kookai. It sounds like a Brummie trying to say 'kooky'. Or a variant on 'cock-eyed'. Neither of which exactly summon up images of the slinky satin-clad sexi-ness and shimmering shimmying booty-wrapping they sell; we'd more likely expect them to stock high-class fancy dress supplies, or perhaps rows and rows of half-finished shelving units. But no.
