Perched amidst the brighter bars of The Cornerhouse, Saltwater stands head and shoulders above its neighbours in the style stakes. All muted and chic, it serves up top British–styled food to a muted – well not hugely – and chic crowd. What's good about the menu, though, isn't just that it's all really well prepared, but that it's so darn simple –there's a huge emphasis on chargrilling, although if you're into some more unusual stuff, they'll happily accommodate your more creative urges. Fancy but definitely you.
