Bees Make Honey

Despite its comic book fascia and the 'Pets Win Prizes' style name, this isn't another Canning Circus fancy dress shop. Instead it's reather remarkably one of the best little restaurants in the city. Alfreton Road regulars may be dismayed at the omission of doner kebab from the menu, but that's one modern European culinary phenomenon you're going to have to live without tonight. Don't panic though, as there's planty of tasty stuff on the menu that doesn't even require chilli and lemon. The food is quite pricey but that's offset by the fact that you can bring your own booze.
